How much does it cost/how does pricing work?

Our service pricing functions on a per user/per device fixed monthly cost model.  The cost per individual is influenced by factors such as:

- size of your organization
- utilization of devices (for example, part time or two users that share a single device)
- what your overall IT infrastructure looks like

An average organization will be charged a fixed monthly fee to include: server support (if needed), network support, and user support.

Add-on services can include Microsoft 365 licenses (we are an authorized reseller and Solutions Partner), physical backups, and Security Awareness Training. Need something not listed here? We are happy to look into it for you.

The best way to determine pricing is to understand your organization. Please reach out and we will be happy to provide you with a complementary consultation and quote.

How large of networks are you able to manage?

We support businesses of all sizes, from small offices with just 2–3 users to large companies with over 1,000 employees.

We need penetration testing. Can you do that?

We provide penetration testing services with flexible scheduling options, including monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual plans.

What if I know absolutely nothing about what my firm needs?

We are a Cyber-AB Registered Provider Organization (RPO) and have multiple RPs, RPAs, and a CCP on staff. You are welcome to review our credentials.

We are experts in various compliance frameworks, including CMMC Level 1 and Level 2, and have successfully completed and are working toward additional CMMC Level 2 audits on behalf of our clients.
